About the project

A Chrome extension that adds ambient page lighting from media colors on X, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, Kick and Niconico. Colors radiate from the edges of the selected media across backgrounds and post cards while the media itself stays sharp.

Useful for
  • Enable page lighting while browsing the X or Instagram feed
  • Adjust intensity, blur and lighting area from the extension popup
  • Run the local demo with npm run demo to test the renderer

Star trust

Growth looks organic: forks and discussion are in line with active projects, and stars arrive unevenly, the way people give them.

These are heuristics, not a verdict: we judge by the repository’s behavior, not by a list of stargazers.
