Biome-S1: a A family of tiny System-1 executors for computer-use agents

About the project
Taiga-S1 is a tiny 1.2M-parameter model that drives FreeCAD step by step: given an ordered list of features, it builds a part command by command while reading the live document state. It is an experiment in computer-use agents where a planner sets the goal and a fast "System 1" model executes the steps.
Useful for
- Build a CAD part in FreeCAD from a feature list by running the model over a local socket
- Test the agent's recovery from random mistaken actions while building a part
- Train or fine-tune the model on synthetic modeling sessions in headless FreeCAD

Star growth looks organic. Data as of October 5, 2026, 07:07 UTC.
The star-growth assessment does not verify whether the project is safe to run.
Stars per day
Bars show daily stars; the line is a moving average of the available history. Short histories do not yet establish a reliable usual pace. Red marks spike days.
Why it’s trending
- Star-counter measurements on 2026-10-05 (UTC), 00:13–06:24: 76 → 79 stars (+3). This is the change over that interval.
- Estimated end-of-day forecast: about +12 stars, using observed gains and the previous day.
- The repository is 9 days old and already has 79 stars. With less than two weeks of history, there's no usual pace to compare the spike against yet.

Star trust
Growth looks organic: forks and discussion are in line with active projects, and stars arrive unevenly, the way people give them.
These are heuristics, not a verdict: we judge by the repository’s behavior, not by a list of stargazers.
