About the project
A set of scripts and a Codex skill that lets a Codex CLI running on a GPU server (e.g. AutoDL) reach the network through an SSH reverse tunnel to a local HTTP proxy or the local machine's direct network.
Useful for
- Forward a local HTTP proxy to the server via SSH -R so the server-side Codex CLI can reach api.openai.com
- Run local_forward.py when the local network reaches the service directly and point the tunnel at port 11450
- Configure ~/.codex/.env on the server with configure_remote.py and verify connectivity via codex_with_proxy.py --check
