About the project
TokenSpeed is an open-source LLM inference engine for agentic workloads, combining TensorRT-LLM-level performance with vLLM-level usability. It separates a C++ control plane from a Python execution plane and ships a pluggable kernel subsystem including fast MLA implementations.
Useful for
- Deploy a low-latency LLM server for agentic workloads on NVIDIA or AMD GPUs
- Benchmark tokens-per-second per user against TensorRT-LLM on the same model and hardware
- Extend the kernel registry with custom kernels for a new accelerator backend

Star growth looks organic. Data as of October 15, 2026, 12:25 UTC.
The star-growth assessment does not verify whether the project is safe to run.
Stars per day
Bars show stars per UTC day; the line is a moving average of available history. Gaps mean missing data, not zero growth. Today's bar is incomplete. Red marks spike days.
Why it’s trending
- Star-counter measurements on 2026-10-15 (UTC), 11:22–12:13: 2277 → 2294 stars (+17). This is the change over that interval.
- Estimated end-of-day forecast: about +32 stars, using observed gains and the previous day.
- Before this, the repository barely got any stars — about 2 per day.
- Elevated gains were measured on the last 2 completed UTC days in a row. Continued growth is not guaranteed.
- GitHub Trending today: #11, +25 stars.
- GitHub Trending Python today: #4, +25 stars.
Measured growth: the last 7 completed days
New stars over 7 days: 65. +442% versus the preceding 7 days.

Star trust
Growth looks organic: forks and discussion are in line with active projects, and stars arrive unevenly, the way people give them.
These are heuristics, not a verdict: we judge by the repository’s behavior, not by a list of stargazers.
