typesafeainate/dspy-typesafeify
Add a decorator for dspy Signatures that automatically uses TypeSafe where relevant
About the project
An experimental DSPy fork with a @typesafeify decorator that routes typed signature outputs (bool, Literal, score) through Typesafe while freeform text still goes to the regular LM.
Useful for
- Wrap an existing dspy.Signature with the decorator to get probabilities for bool and Literal fields
- Compare latency and cost of the typed and plain paths on your own examples
- Define a score scale via score_fields and get numeric scores in that range

Star trust
Growth looks organic: forks and discussion are in line with active projects, and stars arrive unevenly, the way people give them.
These are heuristics, not a verdict: we judge by the repository’s behavior, not by a list of stargazers.
